Another type of necessary coookies is analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are files that collect information about how the visitor uses the website. For example, which page the user visits most often, whether any error messages appear, and so on. These cookies do not store any other information. We use them to improve user-friendliness and to adapt the website to a specific user. This information is also stored only in anonymous form.
We use the analysis tool Matomo to collect information about how Västtrafik labs are used. By knowing how you as a visitor use our services, we can develop and improve them. We also use them in certain types of marketing to count how many people have opened a page.
